The best fit is curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn — willing to build with AI (no computer-science background required), choose a 7–10 hour side-hustle lane or 30+ hour full-time lane, talk with owners, handle rejection, and keep delivering useful systems after the call ends. Both lanes use the same quality gates; more time creates capacity, not guaranteed results. Accepted applicants work directly with HTP3 Systems on scope, pricing, and a call time that fits.
